Hi Tisha, I’m a California resident probating my recently deceased mom’s estate (also was a CA resident.) I’m using Nolo Press’ book and doing it myself. They suggest that I have an attorney check it before I distribute the assets, which I would like to do.
Here’s my question: Can you do that for me even tho you are a Texas attorney? Or do you recommend that I work with a CA lawyer?
